4. Payment

Payment terms are as specified in the quotation, invoice or contract. Delayed payments may attract interest at the rate specified in the invoice. GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Scedar India Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any specific service shall not exceed the fees paid for that service.
